Public F&B – Call for Applications
As preparations for the Alpine Ski World Championships continue, the Organising Committee is launching a call for applications for food and beverage operators wishing to join the catering offer across the different event areas during the two weeks of competition.
From 1–14 February 2027, Crans-Montana will once again become the epicentre of alpine skiing with the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships Crans-Montana 2027. Forty years after the legendary 1987 edition, the world’s best athletes will compete on the iconic Mont Lachaux and Nationale slopes in front of passionate fans.
Beyond the competition itself, the event will be a unique celebration, combining popular enthusiasm, intense emotions and unforgettable shared moments. To make this an exceptional experience, we are looking for food and beverage providers (restaurants, food trucks, bars, cafés, etc.) capable of embodying the excellence and hospitality of Valais across all official Championship venues.
