«It’s a real honour to be an ambassador», says the delighted skier from Obwalden, who is very much attached to Valais. «I really hope that I can share my passion for the races here.» Her commitment was highlighted by the duo Marius Robyr and Hugo Steinegger: «We are absolutely delighted with how she has shown us her support. She has put her whole heart into our bid, it’s tremendous.» Michelle Gisin has promised that if on Saturday 3 October Crans-Montana isn’t successful in the bid for 2025, she will continue to work hard so thatCrans-Montana receives the World Championships as soon as possible.
