• An area with facilitated access for people with disabilities, as well as one accompanying person, will be set up in the Finish Area of the Barzettes Stadium to allow them to follow the race in optimal conditions.
• Places are limited and must be reserved by 30 November 2026 at the latest. Places cannot be guaranteed and will be allocated subject to available capacity.

People with a permanent disability and their companion are entitled to a 50% discount on the entry ticket.

Reservation requests are mandatory by 30 November 2026, via sustainability[at]cransmontana2027.ch. Justified requests (DI card, medical certificate or other valid identification) will be accepted within the limit of available spaces.

Parking

Wheelchair users can park their vehicles in the Violettes car park. Access is only permitted to vehicles displaying a World Championships badge.

A parking space must be applied for by 30 November 2026 at the latest at sustainability[at]cransmontana2027.ch. Places cannot be guaranteed and will be allocated subject to available capacity.

Access to the Barzettes Stadium

No vehicles are allowed near the stadium. People with disabilities must be able to reach the finish area on their own.

For wheelchair users, the distance between the Violettes parking lot and the finish area is approximately 500 meters on a fully accessible but sloped road.

Services

• Accessible toilets are available near the platform reserved for wheelchair users, as well as in the public village.
• Accessible food stands are available on-site. Payment is by card only, as the event is entirely cashless.

Please note that the Vermala Area is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Please note that the 2006 Area is inaccessible for people with reduced mobility. This area is located at the edge of the slope within the ski domain and can only be accessed on skis.

Please note that the Houlès Area is inaccessible for people with reduced mobility. This area is located at the edge of the slope within the ski domain and can only be accessed on skis.

Crans-Montana is easily accessible by public transport. The train arrives in Sierre, from where the funicular or the bus go directly up to Crans-Montana. Please note that only the funicular is wheelchair accessible.

• Payments throughout the site can only be made by card — cash is not accepted.
• Broadcasts on the giant screens (Barzettes Stadium, Vermala Area, Fan zone 2006 et Fan zone Ycoor) do not include subtitles.
